Delivery & Returns:

We ship with Parcelforce or Hermes for tracked delivery throughout the UK. For special requests or delivery issues, contact us promptly.
We use a tracked delivery service to deliver our products from Monday to Friday, except on Bank Holidays.
To receive full tracking details, kindly add a note to "Premiumwoodencrates" seller at the checkout and include your email and mobile number. Deliveries can be rescheduled; however, delivery will only be attempted twice. If you require an item urgently, please contact us before placing an order.
Please take note that the delivery prices you see on our website are applicable only to the mainland UK.
