Our products are dispatched via Parcelforce or Hermes, ensuring reliable, tracked delivery to your doorstep. For any special delivery requirements or to report issues, please contact us promptly. We use a tracked delivery service from Monday to Friday, except on Bank Holidays.

To receive full tracking details, please add a note to "Premiumwoodencrates" at checkout, including your email and mobile number. Deliveries can be rescheduled, but delivery will only be attempted twice. If you need an item urgently, please contact us before placing an order.
