SHIPPING POLICY


All UK deliveries are free and included within our prices for any orders above £80.

Please email us if you have any queries regarding your delivery estimate.

All estimates refer to business days.

Despatch Time

We always aim to dispatch orders within 2-4 working days unless states otherwise.

An order confirmation email will automatically be sent once your order has been received.

If you have not received a confirmation email please check your junk email folder as these are often automatically filtered to there.

If there is still no order confirmation email please check that payment has processed correctly and if yes then please contact us.

We are not offering collections at the moment.

IMPORTANT

If there is anything wrong with your delivery or your product arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, you must inform us within 24 hours to enable us to log your problem with courier and to deal with it as expediently as possible.

RETURN POLICY
We are unable to cancel any orders completed or in transit. This will need to be processed as normal return. If the buyer refuse to accept the order from a courier, cost of order redirection will be deducted from final refund.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.


We can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders
Items on sale



Conditions of returns

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The item(s) must be returned to us unused and in 'as new' condition. You will be liable for all postage costs incurred as a result of returning an item to us. We cannot issue a refund until we have received the goods. We recommend you obtain proof of posting when you return any goods to us. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

To return your order:

Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Send items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase

All refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back.



DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged it is essential that you contact us straight away. We
will need a clear photograph of the damage to the product and of any
packaging. We will not accept claims for damage without photographic
evidence.

We will require all damaged items to be sent back to us at our cost as soon as
possible. Refund will be issued only if we receive tracking number for damaged
order.

Cost of delivery and full refund will be processed as soon as we will receive your return.

CANCELLATIONS

Goods can be cancelled and a full refund will be issued up to the point of dispatch (excluding any custom made products or limited offer products).

Once you have received a confirmation email to say your goods have been shipped you will be required to follow the returns process in order to return your goods.
