Our products are dispatched via Parcelforce or Hermes, ensuring a reliable, tracked delivery to your doorstep. We use a tracked delivery service to deliver our products from Monday to Friday, except on Bank Holidays.

We take great care in packaging your order, using sturdy cardboard boxes and secure internal packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. While we do everything in our power to protect your purchase, once it leaves our workshop, it's in the hands of the delivery service.
Thankfully, damage during transit is rare, but if your order does arrive with any damage, please follow these simple instructions:

If there is any issue with your delivery or if your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please notify us within 24 hours. This will enable us to promptly log your problem with our courier and take necessary actions to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Contact our team to notify them that your parcel is damaged.

Please be advised that in order to make a claim for a damaged item, we require photographic evidence of both the packaging and the damaged item. Please note that the delivery company will not accept claims without such evidence. We strongly suggest that you retain the damaged item and the parcel packaging until the claim is settled.
