While our delivery time is typically quick (1-2 days for mainland UK), the processing time for these items is 5-7 business days, with most orders shipping out sooner than 7 business days. If you need your order faster, please contact us to discuss available options.

Remote & Offshore Locations:

• Deliveries to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Isles, Isle of Scilly, Ireland, and Channel Islands will incur a surcharge.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on non-custom items.

Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable, unless faulty or damaged.

Damaged Products

If there is anything wrong with your delivery or your products arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, you must inform us within 24 hours to enable us to log your problem with our courier and to deal with it as expediently as possible.

Get in touch with our team to notify them that your parcel is damaged.
