Due to the natural characteristics of timber, each piece will vary slightly in:
Grain pattern
Knots
Colour tone
Natural splits or markings
These are not faults — they are part of the natural beauty of real wood.

Orders & Acceptance
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse or cancel an order if there is an error in pricing
Cancel orders due to stock or material issues
Cancel in cases of suspected fraudulent activity
If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the assigned delivery profile.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
Processing Times
Most of our products are made to order.Each item is assigned a delivery profile displayed at checkout, confirming:

If our workshop capacity allows for faster production, we may update and announce shorter processing times on our website. Processing times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Delivery
We carefully package all items before dispatch. Once your order leaves our workshop, delivery is handled by third-party carriers.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
Provide a correct delivery address
Ensure access for delivery
We are not responsible for parcels successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If delivery fails twice and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Cancellations & Returns
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:
Customised or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty
Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days (conditions apply)

Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your item arrives damaged:
Notify us within 48 hours
Provide photographs of the item and packaging
We will assess the issue and offer a fair resolution, which may include repair, replacement or refund.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
We are not responsible for:
Indirect or consequential loss
Installation errors by third parties
Improper use or misuse of the product
All wall-mounted items must be installed using appropriate fixings suitable for your wall type.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
