What materials are used in your furniture?

We use high-quality Scandinavian redwood, chosen for its strength, warmth, and natural character. Each piece is lightly sanded to keep a slightly rustic look.


All timber is guaranteed to be free from woodworm, rot, dirt, or damaged slats.


Natural knots, grain patterns, and gentle variations in tone are part of what makes the wood special and are celebrated rather than hidden.


The beauty of natural wood lies in its individuality. Subtle features such as knots, grain movement, or the occasional small split may be present, giving every crate its own unique personality.


These natural details add depth and rustic charm, bringing a calm, organic feel into your home and a simple, authentic connection to nature.

Are your items made to order?

Yes. Most of our furniture and storage pieces are handmade to order. This allows us to offer custom sizes, colours and finishes.


Processing times are displayed at checkout under the assigned delivery profile.

Can I customise the size or colour?

In most cases, yes. We offer a range of wax finishes and painted options. If you need a custom size, please contact us before ordering and we will confirm what is possible.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Each product has a delivery profile shown at checkout. This includes:

  • Processing time (how long we need to make your item)

  • Estimated delivery timeframe

If we are able to dispatch sooner, we will update our website accordingly.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

What happens if I enter the wrong delivery address?

Please double-check your address at checkout. Once your order leaves our workshop, we cannot redirect it. In some cases, couriers may allow address updates after the first failed delivery attempt, but this is not guaranteed.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Although we carefully package every order, if your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 24 hours

  • Send clear photographs of the item and packaging


We will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement or refund where appropriate.

Are your products suitable for outdoor use?

Our products are designed primarily for indoor use unless otherwise stated. We do not supply outdoor sealants or waterproof coatings as standard.


If you plan to use an item outdoors, please contact us for guidance.

Do your shelves come assembled?

Yes. All shelves and furniture are delivered fully assembled unless otherwise stated.


Wall-mounted items require installation using suitable fixings for your wall type.

Do you offer free delivery?

We offer free UK mainland delivery on orders over £200. Delivery costs are shown clearly at checkout.

Can I return a made-to-order item?

Because most of our products are made to order or customised, they are non-returnable unless faulty.
