How It Started
Woodenify began in 2020 in a small shed at the bottom of our garden. Frustrated by mass-produced furniture and cheap materials, we set out to build pieces that are made properly, built to last, and beautiful in their simplicity.
What started small has grown into a workshop full of character, creativity, and care. From rustic shelves and shoe benches to handmade wooden crates and thoughtful home accessories, every piece we make is designed to be practical, homely, and just a little bit special.

Every piece is handmade in our workshop in the heart of the countryside. We use locally sourced solid oak, pine and other hardwoods, chosen for their beauty and durability.
No CNC shortcuts. No flat-pack. Just time-honoured craftsmanship and genuine care in every detail.
We don’t make anything
we wouldn’t put in our own home.

We’re a small team with a shared love of wood, good design and doing things the right way. You’ll usually find us covered in sawdust, with a brew in hand.
We Are proudly supported by our two little helpers – Daisy and Molly, our much-loved dogs. They might not handle the tools, but they are our official “design consultants,” giving every new creation an approving sniff or a cheerful tail wag. Most importantly, they keep our workshop filled with joy.

We use kiln-dried Scandinavian redwood pine to create furniture that feels strong, substantial and made to last. Every piece is cut, sanded, assembled and finished in our Yorkshire workshop.
