Our Commitment


Every WOODENIFY piece is handmade to order in our West Yorkshire workshop and carefully packaged to arrive safely. We provide clear processing times, reliable UK courier services, and tracking on dispatch. If anything isn’t right, we respond quickly and fairly — your experience matters as much as the craftsmanship.


Shipping Methods & Carriers


Our products are dispatched via Parcelforce / Royal Mail or Evri (formerly Hermes), ensuring a reliable, tracked delivery to your doorstep.

We use a tracked delivery service to deliver our products from Monday to Friday, except on Bank Holidays.

For any special delivery requirements or to report issues, please contact us promptly for assistance.


Please note that:

  • The deliveries can be re-scheduled for your convenience.

  • If you require urgent delivery, contact us before placing your order.


Shipping to Remote/Offshore Locations


If you are placing an order from outside the Mainland United Kingdom, there will be an additional premium charge, and the delivery times may extend up to 3 or 4 days above estimated delivery times, depending on the destination. Delivery postcodes outside of mainland UK include Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Scilly, Ireland & Channel Islands.

When placing your order, please ensure that you select the Remote/Offshore Delivery Upgrade option to avoid any delay or confusion.


Delivery & Processing Time

We offer the following delivery options depending on the product and its production time. Processing time refers to how long we need to carefully make and prepare your order before dispatch.

Each item is assigned one of our delivery profiles, which are clearly displayed at checkout.

This profile confirms the processing time and estimated delivery timeframe for your specific product.


If our workshop schedule allows for faster production, we will update and announce shorter processing times directly on our website.

Order Tracking


We will dispatch your order within the advertised processing timeframe. In some cases, we may be able to ship your item sooner than expected.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to the email address provided at checkout so you can follow your delivery.

Deliveries can be rescheduled; however, delivery will only be attempted twice.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel on the scheduled delivery date. If delivery is attempted twice and unsuccessful, the item will be returned to us by the courier. In this case, additional delivery charges may apply to resend the order.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Once your parcel leaves our workshop, we are unable to redirect it to a different address. Our delivery partners may allow an address update only after the first delivery attempt. If the parcel is successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, we will not be able to retrieve it. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, it may be possible to update the address — however, this can only be arranged within the same local delivery depot and is subject to courier approval.


Delivery Issues​

We take great care to ensure all parcels are securely packaged before leaving our workshop. However, once dispatched, we rely on our delivery partners to handle and deliver the parcel safely to the address provided. In rare cases, items may arrive damaged or you may experience other delivery-related issues. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photographs of the issue.
