Item looks exactly as pictured. Seller kindly adjusted the sizing to fit our windowsill height. I was a bit worried when the box arrived and looked a bit battered, but inside it was given plenty of protection with bubble wrap and cardboard reinforcements on all the corners, so there was thankfully no damage.
