I really like the product - looks exactly as in the pictures and goes well where I wanted it too in my living room. Fits 4 pairs of shoes comfortably. Have deducted a star due to the flimsy packaging it arrived in - beware as I inadvertently marked the fabric whilst scoring the box open with a pair of scissors as they was only a very thin film of plastic covering it which the scissors pierced through. Thicker protective packaging (e.g. cardboard) or a warning on the box not to use anything sharp to open it would avoid this.
