These wooden crates are made from solid Scandinavian redwood, carefully selected for its strength and beautiful natural grain. Each one is brand new and lightly sanded for a smooth finish, while still keeping its authentic character.

We only use real timber — no MDF, no veneers and no flat-pack materials. Just solid wood, built properly.

Because it is natural wood, you will see knots, grain patterns and subtle variations in colour and texture. You might even notice the occasional small mark or slight split. These are not flaws — they are part of what makes each crate unique.

No assembly required.

While our delivery time is typically quick (1-3 days for mainland UK), the processing time for these items is 5-7 business days, with most orders shipping out sooner than 7 business days. If you need your order faster, please contact us to discuss available options.

Fast and Reliable Delivery:

• We use Parcelforce or Evri for tracked delivery across mainland UK.
• You'll receive your order Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays).
• For complete tracking details, simply include your email and mobile number at checkout.

Need to Re-Schedule?

• The deliveries can be re-scheduled for your convenience.

Express Delivery:

• If you require urgent delivery, contact us before placing your order.

Mainland UK Delivery:

• The displayed delivery prices apply to mainland UK.

Remote & Offshore Locations:

• Deliveries to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Isles, Isle of Scilly, Ireland, and Channel Islands will incur a surcharge.
• These deliveries may take an additional 3-4 days compared to the estimated delivery times.

Upgrade for Remote Areas:

• Please select the "Remote/Offshore delivery upgrade" when placing your order if you're located in these areas.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on non-custom items.

Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable, unless faulty or damaged.

Damaged Products

If there is anything wrong with your delivery or your products arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, you must inform us within 24 hours to enable us to log your problem with our courier and to deal with it as expediently as possible.

Get in touch with our team to notify them that your parcel is damaged.
