All timber is guaranteed to be free from woodworm, rot, dirt, or damaged slats.

The coat rack arrives with the mounting holes pre-drilled for easy installation. Wall fixings are not included, allowing you to choose the most suitable fixings for your specific wall type.

While our delivery time is typically quick (1-3 days for mainland UK), the processing time for these items is 3-4 business weeks, with most orders shipping out sooner than 4 business weeks. If you need your order faster, please contact us to discuss available options.

As this item is handmade to order, returns are accepted in line with our returns policy.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on non-custom items.

Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable, unless faulty or damaged.

Damaged Product

If there is anything wrong with your delivery or your product arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, you must inform us within 24 hours to enable us to log your problem with our courier and to deal with it as expediently as possible.

Get in touch with our team to notify them that your parcel is damaged.
